It surpassed our expectations; the staff were very friendly, the room had everything needed, was very clean and comfortable, and the hotel’s location is quite optimal.
The hotel is great, just a little noisy at night because of the area where it’s located.

The lady who handed us the keys and the young man who worked at night were very helpful. The rest of the staff were terrible, especially the woman who received us and gave us the room when we left. We rented two rooms and both were missing water. While I was in the shower the water stopped, even though my family still needed to bathe; this happened about 30 minutes before check‑out. I called reception and they said “occupied,” but eventually we managed to talk to someone; it still took a few minutes to restore the water supply. We left at 12:40 because we wanted to shower; at reception when we handed over the keys for one room, the second room was handed over from 10 am, and we were fined $75 pesos. It’s not about the money, the real issue is that the woman was rude, and when we raised the service problems she simply said “they told me they’d charge that,” so who do I complain to about the awful service?
