The room is clean and spacious. Bathrobe and hand and face towels were not readily available; they were provided upon request. Also, given the cost, the variety of food at the breakfast buffet didn’t meet my expectations. Lastly, I paid the cash deposit with my card, and at checkout there was an issue refunding it.

It was a great location and facilities, now my favourite place to stay. The Wi‑Fi was not great at times, but better than the last stay I had there.

I liked the breakfast and the central spot, but the studio premier unit was a nightmare—dark, damp, with old furniture and stained rugs. The bathtub was absurdly high, making it a safety hazard for anyone under 1.7 m, and the shower had no proper drainage, so water overflowed into the washbasin and the floor became slick; I slipped twice. Soundproofing was poor, letting corridor and traffic noises bleed in all day and night. No bathrobes or hand/face towels were supplied. The staff were friendly but clueless; they told me breakfast was included in my rate, only to say afterward at the restaurant it wasn’t. Even though we checked in after 2 pm, the room wasn’t ready.

I left a Google review, check it out. The pool was cold, the price was high, and the steam room was lacking.

The hotel sits in a central spot that’s super convenient, but a few maintenance spots still need attention.
