We bought firewood, but it was a bit damp. The temperature was too low.

It’s a full experience (bonfire, chocolate treats) from the contact with nature to the relaxing SPA massage.
“Super recomendado”
Everything looks great; it's a cool spot for family trips, complete with a fire pit, games, and a sense of safety, and the cabins come fully equipped. The only downside is that the water filter for drinking water doesn't work.
It’s a place that adapts to guests’ needs; the cabin sits in the middle of a natural habitat and offers all the quality comforts and equipment. Hilario and the staff were attentive throughout the planned itinerary. The spa has qualified staff who took care to ease the discomforts you might have. The place is flexible with timings, the seasoning in its dishes is good, the pizza is perfectly baked in its ovens, the chilaquiles have a subtle kick and great flavor, and the butter pancakes are fluffy. All our needs were met and resolved; overall, it’s a perfect escape from everyday life, with no missing comforts. The downside is that there’s no food service on Sundays, and the upper floor lacks a half‑bath.

Excellent service and staff availability. The jacuzzi water and cabin shower were a bit cold. The Spa should provide more heat or better care when transporting guests to the cabin, perhaps with a blanket or by telling us to bring one. At night it’s very cold and you’re exposed to it after the massage.
