We were impressed by the beautiful decor, comfortable rooms, and excellent hot springs. The staff were also very friendly and helpful, even offering to pick us up from the station. The only downside was the presence of a few centipedes in our room, which was a bit of a surprise despite the warning signs. If you're not fond of bugs, you might want to take that into consideration.
