There was no hot water! I sent you a message as the manager advised to receive a credit. All customers who booked received a reduced rate because of this issue. I’m waiting for your reply and the credit… I’ve booked with you for many years and will no longer do so if this matter isn’t resolved.

The overall experience was good, and we would definitely stay again. The room we had looked like it had been updated and was well done. The only thing we didn’t like, and there’s no way around it, was the construction setup. Updates had to be done.

There was a spot for us and our dog, but when we tried to shower the diverter pulled and water kept coming out of both the faucet and the shower head at the same time.

The staff were fine, except one person had a very distant attitude, like “you can go jow,” she said. We checked into our room, and within 20 minutes two guys walked in and were given the same room. I followed them to see if everything was okay, and the lady laughed and said she’d fix it and we could go, offering no apology.
