Hampton Inn Chicago-Tinley Park

“Fair”

The location was convenient. However, the bathroom tiles were rotten, the walls needed repairs, the carpet was dirty, and it was hard to get the staff to clean—every other day they said they would. The trash cans had no liners, breakfast started late, and the options were either old or limited.

“Only slept there because we were at a concert. Would never go back again tho”

The spot was well‑situated. Unfortunately, the room smelled bad and wasn’t cleaned to my standards, and the elevator was dirty and unpleasant.

The beds were comfortable, the rooms were clean and quiet, and the location was good; the staff were helpful. It was the perfect place for us while we were catching a concert at the amphitheater, even though it wasn’t fancy or newly renovated.

“Slept wonderful”

Being close to the concert was a plus. The only issue was that there was no shuttle to the events.

“Great staff, very disappointing rooms for the price. Smelt of old smoke and mildew.”

The staff were friendly and professional and tried their best to accommodate us. The rooms were outdated for the price and carried an old mildew smell; the first non‑smoking room we stayed in had a strong smoke odor, and even after moving to a new room, the smoke smell lingered in the carpets.
