Everyone was very friendly, courteous, and always treated us well. There was no iron in the room, so I had to go downstairs for one, and I would have liked a dryer. The elevator also jammed a lot; I was on the second floor and sometimes had to use the stairs, but it would have been difficult if I were on a higher floor.

The location is central, but the facilities feel below the cost level; many parts of the hotel look old and need upkeep. The elevators, the bathroom in the room, and the lights in my room flickered and stayed off.

The hotel has restaurants, but breakfast is very basic—just chilaquiles, beans, and scrambled eggs. The juices are just water, and cereal isn’t offered daily. In the room, the towels were old and torn, the minibar was neglected, and the furniture and upholstery were old, broken, and dirty.
