The staff were very friendly and dedicated. Everything was clean and tidy. Breakfast is excellent and the staff prepare it with great enthusiasm, constantly refilling it. No wish remains unmet!

Coffee, great breakfast, comfortable bed. The lift should be renewed in the medium term. Overall the hotel is a bit older but well maintained.

The room is spacious and the breakfast is good. It’s close to a tram stop into the city. The room is warm and stuffy; a fan is provided but real air conditioning is needed. The street is noisy and the window is open.
