We enjoyed a fantastic stay at Nana Vida; the staff were very friendly and accommodating, and the location is amazing, so I’d highly recommend it. They offer free pastries, tea, coffee, and soft drinks every day, plus a complimentary mezcal station.

The location and staff were great, and we had free beverages, pastries, and coffee. The staff even went out of their way to welcome us into Mexico City, giving us small gifts like handmade soap and coffee grounds at check‑in and check‑out. The noise level, however, was significant—other guests, staff, and everything else could be heard, which was sometimes disruptive, and we felt that others could hear us. The hotel’s sound machine was a lifesaver. We also had trouble with our AC unit, which kept dripping onto the dresser, but thankfully none of our belongings were damaged.
