Vale Das Águas Fazenda Resort

“Excelente local para estar com a familia.”

The staff were courteous and friendly, and I want to praise the excellent buffet, especially the head chef and the sous‑chef; the whole team deserves congratulations, as do the monitor staff, but the shower was difficult to regulate.

“Custo benefício não compensa”

The place is pretty, though the chalets might be better than the internal apartments. The bathroom had a bad smell, the staff were poorly oriented, some said dinner was included while another was told a different price, and the bill surprised us with many fees. Luckily it was only one night.

The place is pretty and well maintained, with good courts and a heated pool, plus plenty of activities for kids. The only downside is that you have to bring your own water or buy it there.

“Natureza exuberante”

I really liked how the staff treated us, the surrounding nature, the comfy room and the food, especially the desserts, and the bar’s wet caipiroska was fantastic; there’s also a great heated pool. The only downsides were the lack of an indoor heated pool, no water or soda offered with meals, and a loud noise coming from the neighboring room that seemed to travel through the air‑conditioning or heater.
