The hotel sits in the heart of Jongno‑3, a hotspot for drinking and smoking, so the alley around it is full of smokers and cigarette butts—if you’re looking for a calm, smoke‑free stay, this might not suit you.

The place is well located. The room is cramped and not well sound‑proofed; there’s a common area on the same floor and a group of people who drink and eat late at night, making it hard to sleep.
