Nothing good. The carpets were dirty, there was no iron for ironing, we couldn’t watch TV, the bedroom socket had no power, my friend couldn’t sleep because the smoking was very strong in the corridor, the castle crescent really needs refurbishing, and it needs customer service training.

The location was good, the staff were great, and the rooms were spacious. The shower pressure fluctuated and the temperature changed randomly. Rooms were dirty, especially under the bed, there was dust on the headboard, and limescale on the shower. Both my partner and I got bitten by bugs.

The place is close to the city centre and the location is fine. The hot water was off.

I arrived at the hotel, had to wait 10 minutes before I could check in, and there was a bad odor.
