This mountain lake inn was astonishing, letting me enjoy shifting mountain views, insects, birds, and leisurely ducks and geese on the lake. The window soundproofing was excellent, but mosquitoes still visited, so a spare electric mosquito zapper was handy. The room was simple yet clean and refreshing, the duvet comfortable, and the minibar stocked with the inn’s own mid‑depth drip coffee, plus a thoughtful coffee pot. The coffee tasted smooth, not acidic. Waking up, I brewed a cup on the balcony, took in the mountain‑lake view, and listened to the birds—what a wonderful start to the day. Breakfast offered sweet potato congee, several dishes, fruit pears, and after the meal there were two pots of health tea; the meal was truly filling. Overall, the price gives great value. The inn’s surroundings are planted with many ginger flowers, and their fragrance occasionally wafts through the air.
