The hosts were very friendly, polite and welcoming; the room was clean, cozy, simple with AC running to keep a pleasant temperature; the apartment was easy to find and the neighborhood was quiet.

That place is terrible, dirty, noisy, and the door doesn't even close properly; it was very dirty, and I would not recommend it to anyone—hands down the worst hotel I have ever stayed at.
