“Not Clean and too expensive.”

Just the location. The Check-in is at 12 Pm and we reached 4.30 Pm and still i was asked to wait as the room was being cleaned. When I asked why it wasn't cleaned earlier, the reception staff asked me if I had called and informed the hotel that I was coming. i wasn't aware that if you pay for the room completely a month in advance, one still has to call the hotel to inform them that they are coming. The room fee was 3300 per night, and the room wasn't clean; the tap and shower weren't working

“Sex racket business hotel”

It’s a prostitute hotel. It only allows couples to book rooms hourly, and they give priority to couples over customers who booked online. Very bad experience.

​Issue 1: Misrepresentation of facilities (No AC, only a fan). ​Issue 2: Faulty equipment (Fan is rotating too slowly to provide cooling). ​Issue 3: Health/Hygiene (The room conditions are poor and unsanitary). ​"I am writing to formally complain about my recent stay. The property description was misleading. I was told the room had Air Conditioning, but upon arrival, there was no AC at all—only a fan. To make matters worse, the fan is extremely slow and ineffective. The room is unhygienic and uncomfortable, which is a health concern. I would like to request a partial refund for the lack of promised facilities."

The hotel's location was a major draw for me, right in the heart of the city, but unfortunately, it came with a price - constant noise from the street below. Despite this, the staff were absolute lifesavers, super understanding and helpful, making the entire stay a breeze. They went out of their way to accommodate my requests and made me feel right at home. The room itself was small but spotless, and the bed was surprisingly comfy.
