I liked the location and Lourdes’ service is very good. However, the place should at least provide a hand or body soap in the bathroom or room, because there was nothing at all.

I can’t say more; we left as soon as we entered. Everything was bad. I think the offerings need to be reviewed. We won’t book here again.

The location was fine. Everything was shabby: the bathroom was unhygienic, the wardrobe was unstable and fell apart, towels were not provided, and the bed linens weren’t clean enough.

I found the location great—just a 5‑minute walk from the city centre. The staff only spoke Spanish, making check‑in and getting information really tough. The electrical outlets were dirty and poorly installed, and when the lock on my apartment didn’t work I was told it was my fault even though it had been drilled for days.
