The only good thing was the location. I had booked two single beds for two adults, but they gave me a double bed and an extra non‑standard bed. The bed was worn out and I think it was unsafe because it had a split in the middle, which caused back pain and forced me to sleep on the sofa. Noise came from all corners of the wing, the keycard didn’t work, and I couldn’t close the window, so I could hear cars and other disturbances; there was no soundproofing. The microwave was broken and wouldn’t heat food. Furniture was shabby, breakfast was basic and unvaried.

The place was awful, not clean at all, the AC barely worked, there was no maintenance, and I wouldn’t recommend it. I called reception but they never answered.

The room was huge, which was great, and it was close to the bus station. The only downside was the cigarette smell in the room.

The sofa could have been cleaner, but everything else was fine. The room was large, had a kitchen, a comfortable bed, was clean, and very quiet. The toilet door was dirty, and even with two AC units the room was still very hot.
