The place is quiet and the location is great, the bed is super soft and large, and they give fresh water twice a day. The only issue was that the toilet lid was a bit loose.

We were greeted warmly with a cold homemade drink, the staff were lovely and helpful, the room was big and the beds comfortable, and the shower area was spacious with extra toiletries (shower gel, shampoo, toothbrush and toothpaste, shower cup, cotton buds), air conditioning, a fridge and a kettle; daily complimentary water was provided. The small balcony offered a city view, perfect for evenings to sit and enjoy fresh fruit, and the housekeeping staff were nice. The Thai restaurant next door, a microwave downstairs, and a sitting area were convenient, and the beach was 6 minutes away while the main road with many restaurants and shops was only 2 minutes away. The only downside was that our room was on the 4th floor with no elevator, but that didn’t bother us and even kept us fit. Overall everything was perfect.

I had a wonderful stay at Baan Kamala Fantasea Hotel in Kamala and would happily return. The location is absolutely perfect—right in the heart of Kamala, making it easy to walk to the beach, nearby shops, and plenty of great places to eat. One of the highlights of the stay was the staff. They were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. They gave us fantastic recommendations for local eateries and things to do in the area, which really helped us make the most of our time in Kamala. We also had great recommendations for the next part of our holiday, Bangkok. Thank you. The hotel itself was very clean and well looked after, and the room was comfortable and relaxing after a long day exploring. It had everything we needed for an easy, enjoyable stay. Another big plus is the fantastic Thai restaurant right next to the hotel. The food there was delicious and very convenient when we didn’t feel like going far for dinner. Overall, this hotel offers excellent value for money. With its central location, helpful staff, clean and comfortable rooms, and great food nearby, it’s a great choice for anyone staying in Kamala. Loved everything!

The location is good. The rooms below street level were smelly and noisy, and there were a few large dead roaches. When we complained they moved us upstairs to a better room.
