The linens were clean and the view was spectacular, offering good value and a comfortable bed. However, maintenance issues included peeling paint and overgrown weeds, parking was inadequate, there were few pillows, and the towels were very small.

The beach views were great, and the balcony was larger than most, giving the one‑bedroom suite plenty of space. Most of the unit had been updated, but some things still needed work: the furniture was mismatched and had sand and lint on it, though the rest of the unit was clean. Two sliding doors had broken handles—one completely detached, the other broken on the outside, making it hard to come in from the balcony. There is no elevator, but the building only has three floors.

There was no breakfast, but the location was great. The room was not very clean.

The spot is fantastic—just a stroll to the beach, and the outdoor shower works great. Comfortable chairs to sit in are a plus, but the sheets could be more comfortable.
