Like others have said, the location is optimal. It used to be a nice hotel, but today it’s just a 3‑star place and we didn’t expect much. We chose it so our kids could jump in the pool briefly, yet the pool was terribly dirty, all green with pigeon droppings. The surrounding areas were old and filthy, and the artificial turf was also grimy. The rooms were okay but dirty, with garbage under the beds that hadn’t been cleaned unless we asked. The outlets were unsafe. The air‑conditioner ran, but it was noisy. The breakfast was just a basic continental spread with only instant coffee, powdered milk, black tea, or tap water—what are kids supposed to drink? The hotel is extremely loud, even at night.

I was really disappointed with my stay in this hotel. The room was extremely small and faced an internal courtyard with a bunch of noisy air conditioning units that made it impossible for me to sleep. The air conditioner in my room was also faulty and leaked water, damaging my personal belongings. To add to the misery, the bathroom lost power on the first evening, and despite informing the reception, nothing was done to resolve the issues.

The only good thing was the location. The staff were neither professional nor competent; I told them twice that I’d arrive early, but they ignored my emails and never answered the phone. The receptionist who met us was so unprofessional that he told me I should have cancelled because his lack of response meant there was no availability. We were left waiting at reception from 4 am until 9 am. When I asked to speak to the manager, he called back, was polite and offered a complimentary dinner, which we declined, and he also let us check out late at no extra cost. Housekeeping was a disaster—they didn’t clean rooms unless you asked, and the water supply issue took a whole day to fix.
