The lodge feels very cozy, close enough to walk to the beach, the infinity pool is gorgeous, and breakfast is delicious. The only downside is the number of stairs.

The place is right by the beach and the staff are super friendly. The rooms are clean and the breakfast is solid—no frills but good variety. I left feeling relaxed and happy with the value.

The building looks great in photos, but once inside it was a different story. I found a cockroach and a worm in my bed and there was no help from the staff. On top of that, they charged me an extra fee that I didn't understand.

The breakfast spread is decent, not over the top, and the location is close to João Fernandes beach—just a short uphill walk. The electric shower in the room was a nightmare, either too hot or too cold, but everything else was fine.

The view from the hotel is amazing and the staff are really nice. I especially liked the breakfast area—it’s a great spot to start the day.
