The staff were friendly, they picked us up at the train station and drove us to the monkey park, we had a wonderful dinner and a great breakfast, and the private onsen was nice.

The location was amazing, the Japanese‑style room was great, the staff were courteous and spoke a good amount of English, she even gave us a free ride to the snow monkey park, and I’d give it a 10/10.
