It was clean and the staff were happy and efficient, and it is near a nice restaurant. The breakfast area and food weren’t particularly exciting, and while the location was convenient for the airport with its free shuttle, there was no place to easily walk around.

Parking at the hotel is ridiculously expensive, especially in Montana where most people drive in; the breakfast buffet cost $16 and felt no better than what you’d get for free elsewhere. When I checked in, the staff added $50 to my card for “incidentals,” only to pull it back at checkout, which really annoyed me. The room had $2 water bottles, and the front desk staff were cold and indifferent both that afternoon and the next morning. The computer at checkout was broken, so I was told I couldn’t get a receipt unless I wanted it emailed and printed myself, and they never told me my total bill, so I had to guess. We were already stressed because my stepmom was heading to the hospital for surgery, and the whole Hilton experience only added to that stress. The hotel pretended to be upscale but behaved like a low‑budget place. The only bright spots were the breakfast café lady, who was very friendly and efficient, and the housekeeping team that kept the rooms clean.
