The proximity to the station was convenient, the room was clean and the size was adequate. Breakfast was luxurious and plentiful for the price. The lounge was simple yet thoughtfully designed, which impressed me. The large bath was smaller and underwhelming compared to what I expected. It was disappointing that the breakfast venue was not directly connected to the elevator. The parking lot seemed spacious on the website, but in reality it felt narrow. I had arranged for an EV charger in advance, so it was available, but they should provide a notice that a prior reservation is required.

I got to taste the flavors of Niigata, and everyone’s smiles were lovely. I would have liked a more powerful hair dryer.

The large bath was nice to unwind in. I chose this hotel because it had a big bath, but I didn’t know that the men’s and women’s bathing times were fixed, so I had to change my plans. It was also disappointing that free coffee wasn’t available during the morning hours.
