I booked this room until 4:00 PM, but I had to leave around 2:00 PM because the room was very dirty and the bathroom was leaking. The condition of the room was not acceptable and did not match what was advertised. Everything.

The staff were cordial. The room, especially the floor, wasn’t clean; I could feel and see sand and dust under my feet. The kitchen facilities were very poor.

I can't even begin to describe the list of issues: the room was freezing, the toilet was uncleaned, the faucet leaked, pillow covers were never washed, there was no thermostat, the heating blew out of control at night, and the noise from upstairs people kept us up and annoyed everyone else.
