From the moment I arrived at the gate until I checked out, the staff welcomed me warmly and delivered exceptional hospitality; they were friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming, which made my stay feel comfortable and special. The service was excellent, the atmosphere peaceful, and I truly felt valued as a guest. Such consistency from arrival to departure is rare. Thank you for making my stay memorable; I would definitely recommend this lodge and look forward to visiting again. The only improvement needed is better cleaning of the carpets and couches, which would make the rooms feel fresher and more comfortable.

“A great find. Will stay there again in future.”

The facilities were great, and I will definitely stay there again. The only issue was the short dirt road that leads from the highway to the property.

The view was good and the place was very quiet. The TV didn’t work; we mentioned it, they came to look at it, and said someone would fix it… we’re still waiting. There was a lot of kitchen space but it was poorly equipped. The fireplace couldn’t be used, the fridge was very small, the bathroom was tiny with a door that prevented entry, and the bed was very hard, leaving me with bone pain. Despite the design and facilities, we expected to feel very comfortable for the price we paid. During breakfast, the staff were rushing, which made me feel annoyed and uncomfortable. We asked for the heating to be turned on because it was quite cold, but it didn’t work.
