Location couldn't be better – right in the heart of everything. We also got to hang out with a friendly dog named Pepe, which was a fun bonus. All in all, a solid stay.

Only a two‑minute walk to the beach and the room had its own AC, plus we could watch monkeys playing above the parking lot. Unfortunately the housekeeping left a dead cockroach in the room, a spider in the sheets and webs on the walls, which was pretty off‑putting.

The owners are genuinely kind, and I've booked here for the first or last night of my trips two years running because it's so close to the airport. The little gated complex is cheap, secure at night, and works well for rental cars coming and going.

The only thing that makes this place tolerable is that the beach is right nearby. The room itself was rundown, the shower outside the room had no hot water, and the hostess seemed only interested in taking payment and disappearing. Not worth the price at all.
