Being close to Kumagata Station is very good, but it is hard to open the suitcase.

The location is convenient and the staff are kind, with no negatives.

The transport links are very convenient, but the hot water is too weak and sometimes turns cold.

The location is perfect for getting to and from the airport, especially on the first night after arrival, and there’s a 7Eleven on the corner; the neighbourhood isn’t lively, but that’s fine for the first night.

Location is great with many stores and restaurants nearby and train station less than 5 min away. Bed was comfortable and room had just enough space. The first room I was given was not properly cleaned. The toilet area was a mess. I had to complain but at least was quickly issued a new room. After this, no major issues with the room
