“They Accomidated Me After A VERY BAD Experience At A Different Establishment. I'm Extremely Grateful!”
It was quite clean. They freshened towels and cleaned the room nicely.
Good location. The commode was dirty and needs to be cleaned or replaced.
“A Decent Stay with Some Room for Improvement”
I recently stayed at a hotel that had its pros and cons. The location was excellent, and the staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay quite pleasant. However, the breakfast was just average, and they didn't have their usual cookies upon arrival, which was a bit of a letdown. Additionally, they ran out of hot chocolate, and the heater in my room had a terrible smell when I turned it on, so I had to turn it off to avoid the stench.
Very nice place; my room was clean, smelled good, very quiet, and the breakfast was good.
The front desk staff were friendly, but the reservation process was a mess – I felt completely misled about the booking, and the hotel looked nothing like what was advertised online. I’m very disappointed and won’t stay here again.
