Unfortunately, this hotel had some big problems - customer service was bad, the amenities were lacking, and the rooms were super uncomfortable. For the price, I expected way more.

I had a really bad experience at this hotel - the receptionist was super rude, our room was pretty basic and not very clean, and overall it just felt like a letdown. The whole thing was kinda disappointing, especially since I was looking forward to a decent stay.
