The location is perfect and the restaurants were good. The shower in the bathtub was extremely slippery and dangerous for older people like us, only protected by a shower curtain, which feels outdated.

Several staff members were very friendly and arranged a room change because the toilet in the first room had a terrible urine smell and visible limescale deposits at the bottom of the bowl. The exterior décor and terrace were nice. Hygiene was lacking in the first room’s toilet and shower, with grime around the bathtub windows. There were no bottled waters provided in the rooms, and the pool spa experience was very bad—apparently the spa’s detergent dosage was not followed, leaving feet dry and peeling the next day, both on top and bottom.

The room was a decent size and the staff were helpful. However, the room itself was quite dirty, and the breakfast was similarly unclean.
