The stay was fantastic! Ski‑in/ski‑out access is perfect and a ski rental is right in the hotel. The staff were incredibly welcoming, our room was spacious, new, and clean. Half‑board is included, and the food was delicious. Wi‑fi worked well and parking is by the hotel. Highly recommended!

Where do I even begin? I liked everything. The staff were extremely accommodating; my daughter’s luggage didn’t arrive on time, but the transfer driver sorted it out the next day and brought it to us. Everyone was kind, with big smiles and did their best. Breakfast and dinner were very good, tasting like home food. We booked half board, and there were also cakes and pastries with tea and coffee at 4:30 pm. Free tea and coffee were available all day. Their spa service was also very good, with Indonesian ladies providing lovely massages. The rooms were bright, clean, and nicely decorated; the bathrooms were new. The ski room was well equipped and the instructors were excellent. It’s a family hotel; we were three ladies (my daughters and I) and felt very comfortable. No complaints.

The spot is perfect for ski in and out, and the meals were solid—especially dinner—and the complimentary tea was a nice addition. The rooms feel well decorated and roomy. Yet the hotel feels like it only reaches halfway to its potential: the hammam never got hot, several spa rooms smelled like plaster, cutlery was often missing, the rental skis are too short for taller guests and cost more than three times the usual price for Turkish ski resorts, and the bathrooms have poor plastering. Overall, many aspects lack quality for €100 per person per night.
