When I arrived they told me the place was full and redirected me to another hotel… that was awful.

“Super slecht - hotel gesloten zonder dit te mededelen”

Nothing. The hotel appeared to be closed upon arrival. It was that a gentleman happened to be in the hotel. If he hadn’t been there, we would have known nothing! We had no idea where to go or what the plan was. We find it very bad that there was no communication about this. We were rebooked to a hotel where we had no say. That hotel was clearly less luxurious, right when we had chosen more luxury. We found it very bad that there was no communication at all. In the end we quickly decided to check out and find another stay.

“A circa un km da Canazei, comodo e funzionale.”

Staff availability, the cost‑performance ratio. The room had two separate beds as requested, plus a sofa. Everything was clean. We arrived late, they let us dine without any hassle. Asked to leave the room later, and since that wasn’t possible they offered a shower service. The large building makes it hard to pay attention to every detail, but the super‑automatic coffee machines don’t drive me crazy and there were those at breakfast. The bathroom had no window, but it was still clean and functional.

posizione magnifica vicinissimo a canazei, struttura molto grande con ottima zona wellness, colazione veramente top, camere un po datate ma accoglienti, comodo parcheggio, nel mio caso ho trovato un prezzo molto conveniente. Wellness da pagare a parte

Very friendly staff, nice view from the window, cleanliness, tasty breakfasts, everything was great!
