The property was amazing, the staff were hands‑on every minute, never letting anyone wait for nothing. Every meal was delicious, and the reception staff were great, helping us with taxis and day trips. I can’t recommend it enough! Nothing.

The staff were welcoming and the spa and food were great, but the double twin beds in the room were uncomfortable at night and kept drifting apart.

Gorgeous swim‑up rooms, clean and modern décor. Food choices were tasty and fresh, and every area of the hotel was spotless. Even though the hotel was full, no spot felt too busy.

Overall, the staff were pleasant and friendly, and they genuinely tried to accommodate our requests and make our stay comfortable; everyone was very kind, including the owner, who was absolutely lovely. The mattresses were far too soft and sagged a lot, and despite the staff’s attempts to improve the situation, it remained unsolved. The breakfast mainly offered American and English‑style options; we would have liked more variety, such as soft white cheese, plain yogurt, and a wider range of fresh salads. The bathroom was missing basic toiletries and amenities, including hand soap. The biggest problem was the curtain, which didn’t block enough light, making the room very bright early in the morning and waking all of us, severely affecting our sleep.

We stayed in a room that opened onto the pool, which was a lot of fun; we liked everything except the cleanliness issue. Ants were in the room, and overall the cleaning wasn’t daily. Beyond that, it was amazing!
