I thoroughly enjoyed the restaurants at Crave, the central location of the hotel, the ease of parking, and the great communication from the hotel staff. I wasn’t enthused about the hidden fees and deposits; I would prefer those to be disclosed in advance before booking.

The rooms were very clean and nice, and the location was great. Nothing else to mention.

We had a wonderful stay at the OS Hotel; the room was beautiful, comfortable, and perfectly located. The front desk staff were very accommodating, making the trip a pleasure—thanks!

The hotel room was beautiful and well appointed, with a great rain shower and a comfortable bed and pillows. The staff were friendly and the location was good, so I walked to shopping, restaurants, and bars. The parking garage was very convenient. The only downside was the loud drum music from Val’s Bar next door, which made it hard to sleep on a Saturday night when the town was hopping, but that wasn't the hotel's fault.
