Breakfast was included and the restaurant offered a 10% discount on food; there’s a pool on site and the staff are amazing. However, the room isn’t suitable for a family of four unless the kids are under five. The manager and a visitor smoked in the restaurant, and there was nowhere to store body wash, etc., in the shower or hang towels after use. The budget doesn’t justify the rubbish; it could still be good with very small changes.

We stayed twice, this time with friends, and everyone liked the place. The staff were courteous, rooms spotless, and the location was great. The only downside was that the beds felt a bit hard for older people.

The staff are incredibly good and professional. The hotel is very clean, rooms are kept spotless. The food at the hotel’s restaurant is far tastier than many restaurants in Thailand and never bothers the taste buds. The hotel manager is a very helpful gentleman who does his job well. The massage salon is also very clean and high quality. The beach is within walking distance. The location is close to everything, 10/10.
