Dorsett Changi City Singapore

It’s convenient to Changi Airport, but their messaging was confusing with too many exclamation marks.

We really liked Dorsett Changi – its proximity to the airport, a shopping centre, a supermarket, and MRT lines; the room was a good size with a kitchen, a big bed, good shower pressure, and the daily service from the young cleaner named Nonoo was lovely and helpful; the concierge desk was useful; the pool had lounges and towels. The bed felt too firm for me (though fine for my husband), the window frame creaked loudly on a few evenings or late nights—probably from wind gusts; the bathroom could use better towel hanging racks and more wall hooks; the reception lady offered limited help about laundry facilities and there were no signs for them.

The room was superb and quiet, but the stay was very short because our next flight was at 07:20 in the morning; the organization was perfect.

“Review: Dorsett Changt City Singapore”

Great location (especially having a mall right next to the hotel). Spacious room and bathroom and comes with little kitchenette. All Good
