The hotel staff are very pleasant, smiling, helpful, and respond quickly to requests and repairs. The breakfast buffet is varied and plentiful. The double bed is fairly comfortable, though there are two box springs and the mattress moves. The triple room is very noisy, facing a busy street with double‑glazed windows that are blocked. The toilet in the small bathroom leaks heavily, and the cabin is cramped and uncomfortable.

The location is great—close to the black metro line, quiet, and you can leave luggage before check‑in and after check‑out. The breakfast is simple but varied. The room was uncomfortable, with old carpet, and over three nights we never had the room cleaned or the bed made again.
