Leopoldo welcomed us warmly. We were able to move into our room already in the morning. The small hotel on the 6th floor is tastefully decorated.

The place is comfortable and clean, but the air‑conditioned blocks on the balconies and the street noise are annoying.

The location is perfect, the hosts are friendly, breakfast options vary, rooms get cleaned daily and refilled with coffee/tea, water and toiletries. Highly recommended 🤗

The spot was ideal for a long weekend in Caligiari, just minutes from the old town, with a nice café and supermarket right across the street and a pizza stall beside the entrance. The accommodation itself restored my faith in interior design on Sardinia; the shower and bed were excellent, though the rooms are a bit small, yet the terrace is great. I’d definitely stay again; the owner Leopoldo lives there and is always helpful and quick to reply.
