Nothing at all; I was very frightened the whole stay. The one staff I saw was rude, tried to tell me I didn’t book for two nights, and barged into my room upon checkout while I was naked after I repeatedly told him I wasn’t dressed. There were also people surrounding my room all day and night right in front of my door, often preventing me from getting in.

The place had no bed bugs, but the room itself was filthy and infested with bed bugs.

I went to Highland Inn without knowing the pool was gone and that breakfast hadn’t been served since COVID. There’s only one ice machine tucked in a corner at the back, not where anyone would want to get ice, and room #122 has bedbugs.
