The hotel staff were very friendly. Around 7 am during the day I could hear traffic from the street, and the glass didn’t block the sound very well.

The room with a balcony was very modern, but there was no furniture on the balcony for sitting outside.

The staff were absolutely amazing, kind and friendly; the facilities added a nice touch, rooms were spacious and comfortable, close to transport, a truly pleasant stay that we’ll return to if we ever visit Bangkok, and it’s also near food and a 7/11 for any needs; everything was amazing, nothing to criticize.

I had a mostly positive experience at this hotel, which I found to be perfect in many ways. However, the street outside my room was slightly noisy, which was a bit of a drawback. Despite this, I would still recommend the hotel for its many strengths.
