“A most enjoyable stay in a welcoming, cosy hotel”

The location is fantastic—right in the heart of Castleisland with regional buses stopping nearby. The staff were very friendly, the bed was super comfortable, and everything I needed was at hand. The hotel feels cozy and inviting, making me feel right at home. On Saturday night it was a bit noisy because a nightclub is right next door, but after it closed the place was beautifully quiet, and Sundays are very peaceful in Castleisland.

“Deux nuits”

The on‑site restaurant was good, the street parking convenient, and breakfast was fine. However, our room was at the back of the building above a bar or nightclub, so we experienced a lot of noise.

“Lovely hotel, good location”

The location worked well as a base for the wedding we attended in Tralee. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and they had our room ready when we emailed about an early arrival—great. Breakfast was nice, with a good variety of food served in a comfortable room. The downside was the view from the room, which overlooked bins, and there was no drinking water in the room. When we got back at 2am after the wedding, we were looking for water before bed and found none, and there were no shops open nearby. It’s a small issue that would cost little to fix but would improve the guest experience.
