This accommodation no longer exists, so we were left without lodging; we want a refund plus extra for the more expensive place we secured 1 hour 29 minutes away, and it is unacceptable that you did not respond.

I could not stay there because of water damage, which I learned when I asked about check‑in; I think the host should have notified me, and it is extremely frustrating that rooms can still be booked. A previous review from last summer also mentioned water damage.

When we arrived at Fawlty Towers it was completely shut down; we tried to contact the host on two different numbers but were just disconnected, so we had to find another accommodation that night, and we were later told there was a major water leak and that we would be refunded, but we have not received the money yet.
