I don’t recall there being a breakfast, or maybe I didn’t get up early enough to catch it. The hallways needed some repair, but it was a good value for what I paid.

Nothing positive. The location (Lake Jackson‑Clute) isn’t the one shown in the pictures. The blankets and pillows were stained, rooms weren’t cleaned, floors were jagged and tapped. I booked two rooms—one king and one double—but arrived with two doubles. Both were filthy, and one toilet wasn’t even bolted down. They moved us (three adults, two kids) into a single double and I’m still waiting for a refund of one night (we stayed two) for the room we didn’t use. The room they moved us to had been previously booked, so we had to move again to another double. I watched the cleaning lady clean a room without gloves or cleaning chemicals. The building smells awful.

I was charged for a room that I never used, which was the only issue.

The bed was somewhat comfortable, but the room was infested with roaches, smelled like weed and other garbage, and it took forever for the air conditioning to cool the room.
