We expected a king‑size bed, yet the mattress was only 62” wide; the staff insisted it was a king, but having grown used to that size, we barely slept.

Everything about the hotel was comfortable and clean, and the staff were courteous and professional; it was also very close to the Place Bell arena. The elevator system was confusing, especially when the display showing the floor to the restaurant seemed to be off by a floor.
