Very close to the sea and the staff were very friendly. The gym and ping‑pong were great. The lighting in the room was perfect! Billiards wasn’t free, and the table was small. The mattress was too soft for my taste.

The location is very good, a precious and quiet place to disconnect. Being close to Cala Agulla (10‑15 min on foot), one of the island’s most pristine coves, for a paved walk along the coast. The reception and dining staff are very attentive, generally all very good. The hotel is modern and well equipped, though not very large. Breakfast is very good and varied; dinner is less varied but still quality, with a decent selection of desserts. Overall the food is very good, all very nice and especially well cooked. It’s very quiet and the rooms are very comfortable, the mattresses are top‑class, very cozy, and well sound‑proofed. There are plenty of hangers in the wardrobe and two extra pillows just in case. The pool has a nice setting and privileged views. Nearby attractions include the caves of Artà, Cala Mesquida, Cala Gat, the colony of Sant Pere, Alcúdia, Petra, Portocristo, and Portocolom. The price‑quality ratio is perfect. There are a few minor details that could be improved, though nothing serious. Cleaning is fine but it’s clear they rush, so a few things slip through. The dining area is well‑organized but could use a bit more structure. The area is beautiful but far from points of interest like Valldemossa, Sa Calobra, Es Trenc, Sòller, Cap de Formentor, Palma, etc., so you need to plan routes carefully—Mallorca is a large island. The pool might need an update. The shower in the room was a bit small, and you might need to be careful not to let the water overflow because the drain doesn’t work well.
