The location and staff were good, but the room wasn’t very clean—soap dispensers in the shower had crusty soap everywhere, and it smelled like a lot of dogs had peed there.

The place was clean and well‑situated, but there was no air conditioning.

The location was fine, yet the old furniture needed remodeling.

Breakfast was good and the spot is very convenient to Seaside’s commercial area.
