Kate welcomed us warmly, went out of her way to provide everything we needed, and prepared a beautiful breakfast; I’ll be telling everyone I know about this spot.

Lovely area to visit and the level of cleanliness and beds are so comfortable. Nothing else.

Warm welcome, beautiful decor, lovely finishing touches and thoughtful throughout the property and bedroom. We were lucky to find this little spot 💙 towels are lush, the bed sheets are cool and keep you warm. What a find. We only had one night there!

I absolutely loved this B&B! Extremely clean, well looked after in every single detail, with a marvellous secret garden that was a fantastic surprise. Great breakfast and the owner is delightful, what more can I say!! We will go again next time we travel in that part of Scotland!. All was great

We stopped on the road from the Highlands to Edinburgh at a very pretty house with elegant Arts and Crafts furnishings, a warm welcome, a comfortable room, and great breakfast. Nearby restaurants were available; we dined at a historic pub in Dunning, about 15 minutes by car.
