The reception was good. There was no housekeeping service.

The towel change was not included and this was not made clear.

The host was friendly and the accommodation was very good. The location is quiet and not too close to the center, but the tram that takes you to the main tourist spots is only a 5‑minute walk away. It was super calm, and we were able to explore all the places by tram and metro.

The cleanliness was impeccable. It might be a bit far from the center, but it also has its advantages, being away from all that bustle.
