The room and bathroom were very clean, I had a reserved parking spot and found the keys easily. The room was quite cold and the shower water was lukewarm, just enough for a decent shower; no other issues.

The place sits in a great spot and the rooms are big, clean, and come with good parking. We ran into two issues: first, there was no hot water; after we complained, we got hot water for one day and then it was gone again the next day. Second, the TV remote had no battery, but since there were two TVs we managed with one remote for both. Everything else matched the description. Also, I thought the gym was included, but you have to pay extra to use it, so it isn’t part of the room rate.

The place was super quiet. I left my accessories there and the cleaning lady had to leave them, so I had to call the front desk and I was told it was a mistake.

“Čisté, praktické,nie pre rodiny s malými deťmi”

The accommodation was pleasant, no staff on site and all instructions came by email. It’s great that the room has a fridge and a small stove. We didn’t try the breakfast because for the price of one person you can have breakfast for three at TESCA, 150 m away. Otherwise the place was clean and we only used it for sleeping. Over the weekend, if there’s an event at the neighboring coffee shop with a bowling alley, you can hear the bowling balls being thrown all the way to the end, plus loud music and noise. In the second room the TV channels didn’t work even though we set them up according to the written instructions. I can’t add the coffee shop, bowling or gym consumption to the recreational voucher on the bill; the waitress said it’s a different company… I doubt Tom, since everything is under one roof at the SRH.
